✨ Supporting Children. Empowering Families.

Every child deserves to grow at their own pace

At Little Wins, we provide child-centered, evidence-based therapy for children aged 2–18 years — blending behavioural science with creativity, play, and compassion.

What does a behavioural science approach mean?

At Little Wins, behavioural science helps guide how we understand learning, behaviour, emotional regulation, and development within everyday environments. We focus on meaningful goals, monitor progress carefully, and collaborate with families and professionals to support skills that are functional, lasting, and relevant to real life.

Our Story

Meet the founder behind Little Wins

Inspired by the turtle — calm, steady, and consistent in its journey — we believe lasting growth is built one small step at a time.

Founder & Clinical Lead, Little Wins

After completing my Master's in Clinical Psychology from University College London (UCL) and earning my certification as an International Behaviour Analyst, I've worked across the UK, UAE and India helping children and families build meaningful life skills through evidence-based and compassionate care.

I use a thoughtful blend of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support children and adolescents with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, social communication differences, emotional and behavioural challenges, anxiety, and school-related difficulties. My goal is to help children develop the skills, confidence and flexibility needed to thrive in everyday life.

Why Little Wins?

My little learning at work has been realizing that growth often reveals itself in small, everyday moments — a child finding the courage to try again, a shy child starting a conversation with a peer for the first time, or a child who has never used words beginning to make their very first sounds to communicate a want or need.

These moments remind us that meaningful progress looks different for every child. This belief shapes our vision at Little Wins, where we combine behavioural science with creativity, play, and collaboration to create individualized goals and systematically track the growth that matters most to each child and family.

Common Questions

Questions families often ask

We want you to feel confident before you begin. Here are answers to the questions we hear most.

My child is hesitant about therapy — what makes your approach different?+
At Little Wins, we prioritize building trust and connection before expecting change. We meet children where they are, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, judgement-free (and fun!). By blending science with play, we help children feel understood, empowered, and motivated — at their own pace.
What happens in a typical therapy session?+
Sessions are structured yet flexible, blending play, creativity, and evidence-based activities tailored to your child's goals. Some sessions focus on 1:1 skill-building, while others may involve practicing skills in the community. Every session is designed around your child's comfort level.
How do I know what approach will work for my child?+
Every child is unique. There's no one-size-fits-all approach. Our therapists begin with a thorough assessment to understand your child's strengths, needs and family context. From there we design an individualized plan using evidence-based strategies through our integrated care model, while collaborating closely with families and relevant professionals to ensure support is consistent, holistic, and tailored to your child's needs.
What role does motivation play in my child's learning?+
Every child is guided by their own interests and motivations. Our child-centred approach means we take time to understand what truly motivates each child and family. By weaving these motivations into therapy, we create a space where children feel seen, engaged, and willing to try.
What is my role as a parent or caregiver?+
While we guide the therapeutic approach, families are always active collaborators. Through ongoing guidance, training, and collaboration, we support families in extending learning beyond sessions — so progress continues at home, in school, and in everyday life.
Do you offer online sessions?+
Yes! We are available in-person in Mumbai and online globally. Our online sessions are just as engaging and effective, ensuring families worldwide can access quality behavioural health support from the comfort of their home.
